If he stays healthy, he will be a top 5 fantasy QB. In my first draft I did (10 team) I grabbed Romo, then Stafford in the 9th or 10th, can't really remember. I'm going to make sure I get him on as many teams as possible this year. Round 7 would be your best bet if you really like him, but you may get in in the 8th.
You may even try to platoon him with another borderline QB1/QB2 such as Flacco or Ryan and hope one or both really break out this year. You could likely get them both in the 6-10 range depending on when the QB runs are in your league. |

I might grab a QB in the 6th and then try and grab Stafford in the 7th. That should allow me to grab 2 RBs and 3 WRs before the 6th.

Right now he is averaging the 13th QB off of the board with an ADP of 9.02 in a 12 teamer. Bear in mind though, that only a week ago he was at 9.07, so he's certainly on the rise. If you think he's going to be a stud this year, reaching to mid 8 wouldn't be a terrible move IMO.
