LNBS: I hope this guy does well for the Chiefs

And you all know who I'm talking about, I think.

That's right.

Chas Alecxih.

I guess we signed him when nobody was looking. Maybe he was on one of those "Chiefs bring in blah blah players to **** around with for an offseason before cutting" lists and nobody noticed his name because we thought Adam Teicher accidentally threw up on his keyboard.

But no. He's a real person. That's his name. See: http://www.nfl.com/player/chasalecxih/2532785/profile

And I can't wait until he makes the 53 man roster. I'm going to buy a jersey and watch everybody make a face when they see the back of it. It's going to be hilarious. Trust me.

Like, I'm already making that face right now. Is his name pronounced like "Chase"? Or like "Chaz" but with the softer "s" instead of the z? Or is it French and the s is silent? And his last name. I've seen some ****ed up last names from people, but I can't even tell you what freakin language this is. It's like Croatian and Klingon had a reerun baby or something. Aesthetically it looks like crap, and in all the different ways I've tried to pronounce it, it sounds like crap too. Uh-leck-zee? Do you mean Alexei? Alexei? Aleck-ux-eehuh? What's with the "ih" at the end? I've never seen that before. I don't know where the hell this dude's ancestors are from, and that both freaks me out and is awesome at the same time.

since Zombo was only serviceable - I say we give this new guy a shot as our next Cinderella story. If he is successful - not only will I join you w/ his apparel - I'll buy it in that 'new wave' obnoxious burgundy color.

Hell yeah. I may ask Mr Tomahawk about the sweatshop where he bought his custom Bray jersey. The very instant I find out this dude's number, I'm putting one on order. I'll be the belle of the ball.

My guess would be someplace that uses Cyrillic letters and the transliteration of the name caused the screwy spelling. Let's go with Bulgaria! Yup, definitely a Bulgarian.

I'm getting excited about this, already - I literally went from not knowing who this guy was (see 17 mins ago) to; I can't wait for him to blossom so I can buy that jersey!
