Baldinger ripped Spags for Clark....kinda

Talked about how you see JJ Watt spinning and turning and doing everything he can to get to the QB. In contrast you see Clark and the other D-lineman just bull rushing straight ahead. Essentially 4 guys just trying to run straight up the field.

Even the announcers during the game on a play talked about how wide Clark lined up and how the LT just had to just sort of step in the way and barely push Clark out just a step wider and he was out of the play.

I refuse to believe a player like Clark just started sucking this bad overnight. I am not saying this is the entire reason Clark has been not good but I do think there is something to this bullshit scheme we are seeing from Spags.

Isn't that more a Brendan Daly thing than a Spags thing?

I'm not trying to defend Spags, but a lot of that shit seems to me like it stems from not understanding how to play your position. The defensive coordinator has a lot to do with that, but at its heart, isn't that a position coach issue?

My guess is that it was Spags who lobbied hard to get Clark. I find it hard to believe Veach went after the guy unless Spags had a hard-on for him.

Oh yea it's this darn scheme again. Look I'm not excusing spags certainly not mad that Bob is gone. But come on. These players suck. Clark is just the biggest example because if his pay check.
VEACH IS, HAS BEEN, AND ALWAYS WILL BE a terrible talent evaluator.
I now officially hope we do not make any trade at the deadline. If the chiefs do they will give up to much and get a shitty player in return.
It's not the scheme it's not the coach it's the GM. Time to find a real leader weather or not Andy likes it.

Well something is completely broken with this defense. The don't do a ****ing thing well at all. They don't tackle, they don't cover, they don't stop the run, they don't rush the passer.

That's a coaching problem all the way around except maybe the tackling.

They have regressed considerably the last 2 weeks. Not just Clark. The entire defense.

Andy is ultimately responsible. He has no idea how to manage a team and not choke every time the other team gets physical with us. Andy is soft and his teams are soft.

We will Never win anything with Andy as a coach. Never!

That's BS. Toughness is not usually an issue for Andy Reid. He can't control our offense injuries. The softness is all on defense. That falls on Andy for hiring spags who is so far manhandling our defense but it's not because Andy doesnt teach toughness or discipline.

This team is soft as Andy's marshmallow body on both sides of the ball.

I guess that is what happens when you ignore the O line position, LB's and trade away your draft for shitty soft players like Clark.

This is the worst defense I have ever seen at stopping the run. Andy is the coach- the buck stops with him.
