Will Kimble be cut?

Shay was the fourth halfback used in the game behind Mike Cloud, Frank Moreau and Rashaan Shehee. Veteran Kimble Anders, who missed most of 1999 because of a torn Achilles' tendon, did not play, and there's a possibility he might not survive the final cut.

KIMBLE will not be cuttttt. SHAY was just in to show other teams what he has and to thank him for all the camp work, he will be CUTTTTT.

Shay will not make the team and from everything else I have read Anders might be on the bubble. It will be interesting to see where this leads, luckily only a couple of days before we figure out who is here and who is gone.

Everything I've read and heard says they will not Cut Anders...but Shay is out of here.

Shay has nothing to do with Anders getting cut, but the fact that he didn't play might.

I think that Kimble didn't play because he's already made the team. I'd cut Hall, and Shay but the Chiefs will probably cut Shehee and Shay. maybe we could get something for Shehee, but I doubt it especially since some team might get him without having to give up anything if/when he's cut.

It's hard to get anything for anyone right now. Teams are trying to get rid of alot of players right now so its not a conducive time to deal a player of marginal worth. The Chiefs should cut Shehee in my opinion since he hasn't shown much in his stay here.

Shay playing was the team's way of thanking him for the last two years. They showcased him for other teams. He will be gone soon.
