If we keep playing like this, we won't be in a position to draft Stafford. It's not good or bad, it is what it is.

With that being said, a genetic freak like Rak daddy would go a long way towards fixing the ills of this defense. He's not as long as Michael Johnson, but he's fast, explosive, and incredibly strong. Plus, he's taken boxing lessons, so Krumrie will love him with his ****tard slap-fight drill.

There could be worse selections in the 3-7 range where we will most likely choose.

I think Marcus Freeman will be a better NFL player than JL how about that OSU fan?

I'll say this again since it hasn't been addressed much, drafting Texas players scares the shit out of me, how about anyone else?

And if the Chiefs are picking 6th then everything does change quite a bit.

So let's say that they are at the 6th spot, and your guy, the MLB from USC, would that be reasonable, or is that too high?

Well, either him or Oher if the Chiefs are at six would be idealistic, IMHO.

One way or the other, LB is a big big issue. When you have a Pat Thomas as your starting MLB, you really need to upgrade that position, badly.

Oher probably won't fall that far, you're probably looking at 2 top 5 OT's this year with the other guy going between 5-10...

And I think someone between 5-10 will take Taylor Mays.

Well, Oher, your guy, or maybe Orakpo will be fine with me, provided that Stafford isn't there.

The funny thing about Mays is that with his build, he could easily play MLB in a Tampa 2 scheme. Not that I'd draft him for that purpose, but still.

No, but I think that guy will be a baller in the NFL. We'll see how it plays out though.

There's a team that could project him like Urlacher because he could easily gain 15lbs and weigh 250....

But I don't think he'll move because he has serious speed and range. I'm not big on drafting safeties really high but Mays is such a freak I'd be tempted.

Pick 6 is pretty high, but if your getting a killer MLB it would be worth it. I think MLB is more important than what a lot of people around here give it credit for. All the best defenses in history have a great MLB.

In this D, if you could get him to play FS or switch Morgan to FS, he could have enough value to warrant a top 10 pick.
