No one took me up on my bet that post-trade Jared Allen would go to more pro bowls than Branden Albert, Jamal Charles, and DaJuan Morgan.
Anyone want to take a bet that post-trade Tank Tyler has a longer career than whomever we draft with this pick? My rule is that you never trade a productive veteran for a draft pick (assuming it's not a ludicrous deal).

I don't care how desperate Carolina was, they aren't paying more than a 5th for him. I wouldn't be surprised if we gave him away for a sixth.

Another reason he was attractive for carolina is a cheap contract and no chance at UFA until the new cba gets done. BTW i was only going by last years games i saw on TV. Here in IA they quit showning them and i probably only saw half including when i tryed the streaming. Only have seen the Balt game and Philly game on tv this year but have had better luck on streaming. FU Herm!!! I used to get every damn game locally.
