Dessert Warfare: Round 12 - The championship

Okay, in their first matchup, Hot Fudge Sundae (0 Losses) won a very close vote over Apple Pie with Lattice Top Crust and Vanilla Ice Cream (1 Loss), by a margin of only three votes.

Now all of the marbles are on the table. This is it. Desserto y desserto. One dessert (or maybe two) will walk away the winner.

Here are the rules. Since Hot Fudge Sundae is still undefeated and APwLTCaVIC comes in with a loss, it has an advantage over APwLTCaVIC. A loss would only tie them up.

So it will be settled like this.

If Hot Fudge Sundae wins or ties, it's the champion.

If APwLTCaVIC wins by fewer than three votes, they tie, but Hot Fudge Sundae wins the tiebreaker by virtue of margin of victory in their earlier matchup.

If APwLTCaVIC wins by exactly three votes, we'll have co-champions.

If APwLTCaVIC wins by more than three votes, APwLTCaVIC makes a bertinellian comeback to win the championship.

So are you reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaady to rummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmble?

In this corner, weighing in at 750 calories and hailing from Two Rivers, Wisconsin, we have hotttttttttttttttt fudddddddddddddddddddge sundaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaae.

And in this corner, weighing in at 1,203 calories and hailing from Cambridge, New York, we have appllllllllllllllllllllllle Piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiie with Latttttttttttttttttttic Top Cruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu and (inhale deeply) Vanilllllllllllllllllllllllllllla Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice Creeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeam.

Very few foods are synonymous with America. Apple pie is one of them.

A vote for apple pie is a vote for patriotism.

A vote for apple pie is a vote for freedom.

A vote for apple pie is a vote for your Mom. After all, she raised us to be true Americans.

So, everyone, be the true, blue, apple pie eating, patriot your mother raised you to be. Vote for apple pie and God bless America.

Oh and one more thing, Rain Man ...

USA! USA! USA! USA!
I'm not sure whether you've been duped yourself or whether you're a foreign agent trying to dupe America's most impressionable innocents. We established many rounds ago that apples are not only not American, but they originated in what today is the world's largest communist nation, China.

Besides, apples are a second-tier food in the same way that baseball is a second-tier sport. Hot fudge sundaes are a football-quality food.

Hot fudge sundae isn't even a dessert. It's what your grandpa takes you for when he runs out of butterscotches in his pockets.

It was probably just hard to hear the rest of it over the roar of the crowd.

For comedic value, we should get 3 more votes in here for pie and end it to have a noone really happy, unsatisfying tie.

I will name you an American Patriot. Granted, a dirty stinking Raider loving American Patriot, but a Patriot, none the less. (the title is honorary since you are outside the USA lol)

A vote for Hot Fudge Sundae is a vote for America, Freedom, and not being a douchebag with six popped collars wearing sunglasses inside.
