And the #1 biggest mistake of Black Monday?
You guessed it:
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1...-regret/page/9 "Caveat: If the Chiefs end up firing Pioli, as his status appears to be up in the air, then I consider Kansas City’s Black Monday to be a riotous success, as they have already fired clueless and overmatched head coach Romeo Crennel, according to ESPN. But as it stands right now, Pioli is still running the football operations of the Kansas City Chiefs. What a joke. Like Nix, Pioli failed the Chiefs in the two areas that matter most: head coach and quarterback. Crennel was earmarked for failure, and Matt Cassel has proven to be a bust of epic proportion, as he actually managed to lose his job to Brady Quinn this season. The Chiefs hold the No. 1 pick in the 2013 NFL draft. After monumental swings and misses with top picks Glenn Dorsey, Tyson Jackson and Dontari Poe, would you really want Pioli making that franchise-altering selection? I wouldn’t. I’m hoping that Chiefs owner Clark Hunt comes to his senses and does the right thing, relieving Pioli of his duties and bringing hope back to a jaded Chiefs fanbase. If he doesn’t, the Chiefs are the single biggest losers of Black Monday." |

Where were you yesterday? Hunt already knocked Pioli's dick in the dirt.

Fat Scott is a cancer.
His presence in the organization... even with less power... is still destructive. Last edited by FloridaMan88; 01-01-2013 at 06:23 PM.. |

The article is false. True Pioli isn't fired yet but according to Clark he's not in control of football operations for the Chiefs anymore and his job is anything but safe.

The biggest problem with fans to day in the 24 hour news world is nothing can get done fast enough to please the masses, much less the individual alone.
We choose to support a sports franchise that is owned by company or a sole proprietor . Being a passionate fan of said team is one thing, but to think that team owes said fan his/her's due respect to decision making within said company is asinine. We fans get so wrapped up in the way the Chiefs are ran that we all have our opinions. But to think that ( your own personal )our opinion's is the way the Chiefs organization should go is just overkill. Clark has his reason why Pioli is still here, we all want him gone. Since I do not know all of the details around Pioli contract with the Chief's, I'll leave that up to Clark to handle the situation in the way he deems fit for the Chiefs. I'm of the belief that it has a lot to do with the pending lawsuits listing Pioli.
