-- Keeping close eyes on Kelce & Houston injuries

I seem to be more concerned than most w/ both the head injury on Kelce and (was it?) calf injury on Houston.

Can we centralize updates here, please?

So critical they become ready for Sunday's game.

Thank you.

Not worried about Kelce. He's brain damaged anyway. I'm sure he'll be fine.

This is why I hate Thursday night football. We play Sunday against desperate Steelers and again Thursday against a desperate Raiders that will play dirty. Doesn't give guys much time let bodies recover.

Appears that way but until they actually do suck against the chiefs, who knows

This is 2 straight years we've had hellacious parts of the schedule with a Thursday nighter in there.

Imo, if they wanna keep having Thursday night football, make it where you can only play on Thursday after a bye.

If we win the next two. Holy crap and look out. The key to Pitt is screwing them up early. They almost never recover..

I agree but that doesn't mean they won't take cheap shots especially being desperate makes them dangerous.

Schedule sucks but on the other hand we are playing in prime time because we are good. Good teams overcome less than desirable scheduling.

From now on until we lose, we are going to get every teams best shot at us.

I'm not going to complain one bit about the schedule because it's laid out perfectly for KC.

No back to back road games (the only "back to back" has a Bye Week in the middle). A Bye Week in the middle of the season. Three home games in a row. A pair of Thursday night games giving quasi-Bye Weeks right afterwards. Some extremely winnable late season games (MIA, NYJ, LAC).

The only negative is what you already stated: the Thursday Night game in Oakland here in 1.5 weeks, and everyone has to take a bite out of that turd at some point during the season.

Such a "stock" comment. When my kids T-ball coach said the same thing, I kinda laughed, when you say it I busted out laughing

I reckon that's part of the reason why often times TNF matchups are between average as hell teams.

When I said somebody should knock some sense into him, I didn't mean literally.

But I hope it works out.

I DO think he'll be okay for Sunday - but I also (at the same time) think it's quite possible they hold him out of that game.
