LAPTOP: Log on issues, can anybody help here ?
I have a HP, Windows 7 Home Premium and when I last shut down last Thursday night 12/05/13, all appeared to be fine.
Next day went to log on with the password, this is the message I got, " The User Profile Service Failed the Log on ", User Profile Can Not be Loaded. What could possibly attack this when shutting down? I can go to "Safe Mode " and get on line. Ran updates, let the antivirus run and also ran malwarebytes. Found nothing...... I do not know what steps to take next? |

The password is the same in safe mode as it was on log on, so why does it see the safe mode log in and not the regular profile?

None of that worked, don't ask why because I don't know, but system restore worked.
