Simple Barbecue recipe
OK, I really don't want to grill in this cold today. Anyone have a decent oven recipe?
Yes, I'm a pussy when it comes to below 10 degree temps unless it is a football game. |

Not a whole chicken. Plus, I don't have any bags. heh
I figured there would be something a little better than the overly simple way.

BBQ chicken in an oven? Not sure that will work quite like you expect.
How about just searing them in a hot skillet until browned on both sides, then cover in BBQ sauce and liquid smoke, and throw in the oven for 20 minutes. Not sure if that's "BBQ", it won't get that char, but its all I can think of.

Start a chimney of coals, put oven rack on lowest spot in the oven, open the windows....you know the rest.
