Trading the Royals
This thread or some version of it may have been done before, but I'm curious (and lazy).
Let's say that you have supreme control over KC sports teams. Let's also say that these teams are tradeable just like a player or other commodity. The hypothetical teams in this scenario share the same positions (28th) in their respective ESPN power rankings. You can trade the Royals for: 1. The Washington Capitals (NHL) 2. The New York Knicks (NBA) Or, of course, you can keep your beloved Royals. EDIT: Of course the teams would stay in their respective leagues and play their respective sports. (Thanks for being a smart guy, ENDelt) I know this throws divisions off and stuff too, just vote in the damn poll! |

The Royals would probably have more success in the Atlantic Division than the Knicks, though.

Actually, the Royals are the cheap young up and comers. The Chiefs are old overpaid underachievers. Most smart sports organizations would probably try to trade the Chiefs.
