Call for nominations in a new tournament. Coolest military stuff.
I've been watching Band of Brothers, and they had some really cool equipment in World War II. I mean, really cool.
So what's the coolest piece of military equipment ever? Give me your nominations and we'll have a tournament. For the purposes of this poll, "military equipment" will be defined as any inanimate object used primarily for military purposes, and it can be a class of items or a specific historical item. So, for example, military equipment might include: Sherman Tank Crossbow F-15 Eagle fighter WWII American infantry "pot" helmet Nimitz-Class aircraft carrier The USS Constitution WWII American Bayonet Nazi SS dress uniform Luger pistol The Congressional Medal of Honor Atomic bomb The Star-Spangled Banner from Fort McHenry Claymore mines Morning Star Fort McHenry Those cool Hessian fur helmets Bazooka K-ration Suit of Armor Jeep Sopwith Camel Nominations are now open (banging gavel). Minor rules revisions: you have to name the object for me, and it must be something that was not experimental. We're talking off the shelf stuff or stuff that was on active duty. Good point. Nominations will go for two weeks or 528 items, whichever comes first.

U-2 Spy Plane. I'd pay a lot of money to fly in one of those. Nowhere near what it would cost them for me to fly in one though.

It may be outdated, and not as effective as modern day weapons, but the flamethrower was ****ing badass.
