What's the worst job you've ever had?

The complete job wasn't that bad but one portion of it really sucked....Park Maintenance out on a lake. I had to weed whip along the lake front of the park which was covered in large rock and the area contained copperheads....So not only did I have to walk on top of these big rocks and try to avoid breaking my ankle to cut down all the weeds but also had to try and avoid getting bit by poisonous snakes in the process. Nearly stepped on several and slashed the head off of one with the weed wacker. It took about 6 hours a week to trim that area. Hot and dangerous.

Trash route and not on a compact truck,a large truck with the high sides that you had to sling the bags up and over.

Come to think of it, the Park Maintenance job required that also...Had to go around the camp grounds on the weekends and empty out the campers trash barrels and toss them up over the really tall walls of a big trash truck....Watermelon season was a effin blast.

Uh,I remember the days when they didn't bag it. Had to pick up the can, tip it over the sides into the truck, gunk and all, juicy, stinking shit. Plus it had no dump bed, had to get up in the back and shovel it out.

Plus working for a plumming contractor reapiring and replacing excisting sewage lines.

Hmmmm...my husband said "Making hay" was the worst job for him too. What is even worse was it was for the family farm and never got paid for it in the 'literal' sense.

First paper route when I was in 2nd grade. I had a house with the biggest dog in the world. And there was the old yelling man too.

Detasseling was bad. Picking up the Young Arena was bad too. But at least with detasseling I could listen to my Bob Dylan and think. And at least with the Young Arena I could flirt with the hot girls that went to the hockey games.
