I hate to beat a dead horse, but I see a lot of positives in this Chief's team and this is the one critical area that must be addressed now, before it is too late.
Everyone likes to say how Oakland was desperate to pick Jano, but believe me, the last thing Chiefs fans want is to be feeling like the Raiders did last year: We could have won the division if only we would have had a kicker to score 3 points every now and then. We are 3 minutes away from becoming the Raiders of last year . Is Nick Lowery still available? (Just kidding) Is there anyone who can do the job? What about Mia Hamm, she seems to be a little more available these days. Carl, give her a call! As a die hard Raiders fan,,i'll agree with you OCF.Last year our special teams did have a multitude of problems, which I believe Al,and Gruden have covered. There are those who feel Jano is the greatest since Ray Guy.Yes he's got 1 h*ll of a leg,but still really untested as far as playing the Pro game. The 9 step as opposed to 7 step kick is proving a difficult change for him.
All and all,I see a clasic match up between 1 of the greatest rivalries in the NFL. Of cource i'm rooting for my boy's,,but isn't that what a fan is suppose to do? .........Go Raiders |

With the bye, there is adequate time who is better than Stoyo. The signs are all there, we should not let history repeat itself. Haven't we been down this road before with a guy named Elliot? The signs were there also.....

Is Todd Petersen healthy yet?
Another name to throw out there, did anybody see that Ortiz kid with the Chargers in preseason. I thought he looked pretty good the few times I saw him. ------------------ Red Eyes Chinn Up. The SitCom must die!!</B> |
