RB Options
Ok, so ... yeah, I know this is a KC board, but I'm curious to get your feedback about the FA options that Denver has at RB. Word is that since the Titans have released Travis Henry, he is now en route to Denver to meet with the team and he's 'rumored' to be at the top of their list.
I know there is talk of a trade for McGahee or possibly Thomas Jones. There's Jamal Lewis, Ahman Green and Dillon. I'm not too terribly interested in the last 3, but the first 3 are very interesting to me. I'm interested to find out which of those options would you guys LEAST like to see sign in Denver. Thoughts? |

I've got no problem with McGahee and his 3.X yard average coming to Denver. I think he's the most overrated player in the league.
Thomas Jones looks good whenever I see him, but there's some reason why he can never start, so I think there's got to be some locker room flaw or something. Henry is a productive running back who, on the basis of merit, should still be starting for Buffalo. He's the guy I wouldn't want to see in Denver.

McGahee no question about. I'd hate to see him in Denver. He young and a stud.
I'm afraid Portis would lend him the belt. As far as the others if I was Denver I would go with Henry and save the draft picks. Lewis and Dillion are done and Green isn't far from it. Jones never excited much. |
