No. I'm not going to pay $300 to my apartment complex to have the right to put up a dish and then spend $60+ month for programming.

Really? I thought this was why Directv required a landlords signature before installation at a rental property. I rent, but it is a house and my LL didn't have a problem with me getting a dish.
