He could definitely help. Edelman still isnt' 100%, Gordon was out last night and nobody really knows how hurt he is, and N'Keal Harry isn't back from IR.
If Sanu works out, maybe Harry stays on IR this year and the Pats bring back Wynn (LT) and Develin so their run game can try to get back on track.

Real question if you are going to give up a 2 why didn't you just get AJ Green? I doubt Cincy turns that down.

Probably cap space if nothing else. Patriots are tight to the cap. Not sure how they are fitting Sanu yet.

Who do you want Veach to trade for? I sure as **** didn't want Ramsey at the price it cost. Cards have already said they aren't trading Peterson. Do you know of a linebacker or guard out there that is up for trade? Did you want him to trade for Sanu for some reason? At some point you have to admit your cynicism is just emotional baggage that you should let go of, man.

I bet it’s this. Read somewhere that Atlanta might have converted most of his salary for this year to bonus before the trade. That would cost the Pats more and help make sense of the 2nd.

If the Falcons aren't going to win it, why do they care who wins it? Do you think they should take less from someone else? The Pats aren't even in the NFC. Is your goal to help yourself, or hurt some other team in the other conference?
