I don't know much about Sharp tvs, but the original link I put here this morning was a 37" 1080p, I am certain. They must have changed the deal for some reason. I guess they must have sold out of the original ones.

I've been looking into the Samsung 37" TV's. Is that a good one to get?
Edit: I'm not looking for the top-o-the-line tv just a decent LCD with a good picture 720p is fine for me Last edited by chasedude; 08-14-2008 at 02:20 PM.. Reason: added to the post |

As far as I know, Samsung is a decent brand.

I own two Aquos - a 32" from 2005 and a 46" 1080p that we bought just last Christmas. The 46" is noticeably better than the older 720p 32" and IMHO, the picture is absolutely stellar. The bottom line with all of these name brand LCD's is that they're all great. One may not look as good as the next when they're on display at Best Buy or wherever but I guarantee that once you get it home and hooked up to HDTV, you'll be blown away by the picture. Purchase what you can afford and enjoy. |

I'd grab the 1080p version for anything above 32"
