1. No discussion of "positional value". That's not what this thread is about.

3. No caveats about "well, I don't know what team/system he's going to". We're playing the odds here.

5. No discussions of the impact of unions on the viability of American auto industry.

6. No murder-suicide pacts can be made in this thread.

According to the definition given, bust = never starts. I think it is unrealistic to expect that a top 15 draft pick will never get an opportunity to start.

That is true, I didn't think about the fact that top 15 picks are generally given the chance to start, even if it is unearned.
