However, I quit smoking 3.5 weeks ago. I've only cheated once. At the two week mark, I bought a pack, smoked three cigs, but then tossed them. It was amazing how different they tasted and made me feel. I'm using the patch, so I still have the nicotine crutch, but it's been great. Changing my habits, etc. I don't plan my day around when my next smoke break will be, I have more time, I'm more engaged, and I obviously have given myself a huge raise.
