That said, my guess is that the Raiders swung and missed at most of their main choices and settled on a guy who could focus on developing Mack and some of those guys while Del Rio does most of the heavy lifting on defensive gameplans and playcalling...

I looked on a Seattle board, a lot of them were not happy to hear he was leaving.
