First, I'm not saying that it was a good thing that the dog died, or that this guy is an angel.

The guy could get three years in jail for throwing a dog [b]5'[/b]....If I really threw a small dog that bit me, I think It would go 105'......sounds like he tossed it, and it ran into traffic.

The lady got on Oprah for this? and the public raised $120,000 to find the guy????good lord. maybe he should use the "abortion defense"...the dog bit him, and was an "inconvenience" and small lap dogs can't support themselves. :rolleyes:

~can think of alot more important things to use $120,000 than a friggin dead dog....
