my tivo went kaboom so i lost several of my recorded shows i hadn't seen yet.


btw - don't use 2 hard drives in your tivo ... all it does is double your chance of complete failure. The drives are married(think raid) if 1 goes they both are worthless.


but anyway ... so i was downloading an old show


355 meg file was downloaded is 7 minutes


600+ kps


i don't think i've ever downloaded a file that big so quickly before
