Nobody wants to see tripped out farmers trying to do a vague sacrifice storyline. The didn't even capitalize on the cool scarecrow masks. They could have maybe added that character or at least hinted to it. The only progress we got was with Lex's mini-me scene, which was far too Austin Powers for my taste.
