METAIRIE, La. -- New Orleans coach Sean Payton says the Saints have released right tackle Jon Stinchcomb. Stinchcomb has started for the Saints since Payton arrived in 2006 and was a Pro Bowl selection in 2009. He played hurt from much of 2010 and during the offseason had surgery to repair a tear in his left quad.
