I know some of you view this as a possible solution. I view it as the worst possible scenario. Gun is a finger pointer in the worst sense. It's publicly known that he'll finger a member of his staff when the going gets tough. Would any self respecting, competant coordinator work for someone like that? That would be worse than working for Snyder. At least you always know you are on the hotseat with Snyder but he isn't going to publicly point out every mistake you make. I could probably deal with Snyder although it wouldn't be my ideal job. I would NOT deal with Gunther. I've worked for his type before. Power mongers. They take ALL the credit for successes but defer all the blame elsewhere. I'd rather than Gunther were canned & the Stooges retained than the alternative suggested in the Subject line.... Your thoughts?
