I've heard/read different thing about the length of the workouts... some say you simply don't need more than about 30 minutes if you're working hard, while others say you should keep at it as long as you have the energy to do so. Some days I'll stop short because I'm toast, but I'm getting to the point where I can get through them if I pause it a few times for extra breaks.
