Jesus takes Two and a Half Men off the air

This will probably end up in DC but I don't care. I think it is funny as hell. Oh yeah, blow me if it is a repost. And this still probably won't end the show but it might.

Angus T. Jones of 'Two and a Half Men': My show is 'filth'

For a comedy, "Two and a Half Men" on CBS brings a lot of drama.

Angus T. Jones, the 19-year-old actor who has played the "Half" man, Jake Harper, since 2003, calls the sitcom "filth" in a taped interview that recounts his religious experience.

"Jake from 'Two and a Half Men' means nothing. He's a nonexistent character. If you watch 'Two and a Half Men,' please stop watching," Jones says toward the end of the clip, which was posted to YouTube on Monday.

"I'm on 'Two and a Half Men,' and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it. Please stop filling your head with filth. Please. People say it's just entertainment ... do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to the television and especially with what you watch on television," he continued. "It's bad news. I don't know if it means anymore coming from me, but you might not have heard it otherwise."

Jones then references "the enemy's" deception, presumably meaning Satan, and assuring listeners that "there's no playing around when it comes to eternity."

He notes at one point in the video that he doesn't want to contribute "to the enemy's plan," and that people may view actors like himself and think, "Oh, I can be a Christian and be on a show like 'Two and a Half Men.' You can't. You can not be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that. I know I can't. I'm not OK with what I'm learning, what the Bible says, and being on that television show. You go all or nothing."

A rep for the CBS show told CNN "no comment" on Jones' remarks.
