So you need it or not? I'm not sure you are following NewChief. You might be better off getting on TRT(Testosterone Replacement Therapy). I've been on for 4 years and it's awesome

It's fine to use it as a supplement when in a bind, but is there a reason you cant eat 3-4 meals a day? I use shakes sometimes too for breakfast, mixed with milk oats & pb, but much rather eat 4 giant ass meals.

Protein mix is a supplement not a meal replacement. If you are doing this on a regular basis that is not good. You are depriving your body of nutrients.

By the way, pec dec was just hard to do and didn't feel like I was working any particular muscle out.
Switched to DB Fly and ****in a am I sore on the outer pecs. Way happier with that lift and first time I've had pretty bad doms in 4 weeks. |
