You know simply ending the prohibition on drugs will prevent anybody from actually shooting up such a combination. Making drugs legal makes them safer to use, cheaper to buy, reduces violence, and makes the manufacturer liable for their product. There really isn't a downside compared to the terror, death, and loss of civil rights that prohibition has produced.

Not to mention saving millions in tax dollars by releasing non-violent drug abusers from incarceration. The war on drugs is one of the biggest downfalls of this country, and this is from someone that cant and wouldn't use them even if I could.
