Good luck man. I drank quite a bit in college but hardly ever now. I never had a problem, but I know it can be tough for some.
My recommendation with quitting things is take the money you would have spent on a days worth of alcohol and set it aside. It'll be easy to track the financial gain and you can buy yourself a reward for staying sober. |
