That has to be fake. The soccer player didn't drop to the turf writhing in agony.

At the very least they could have made the plane a bomber and have it drop a urine bomb on the field.

Read about this in the Irish Times a couple of days ago. Gave me a hearty laugh.

those nosebleed fans who threw the airplane were cheering louder than if their team had just won the world series of the national soccer league or whatever it's called when it hit that dancer on the field

I think it's a great activity for little kids. Lots of quality exercise, little to no impact, they get to learn team building skills and socialize, as well as develop themselves individually. I have had fun playing it when I was a kid. I helped coach when my kids did it. Then it was over. I make fun of it a lot, but it's mostly because I derive no enjoyment whatsoever from watching it being played.

Come to think of it, I think all four of my kids (two of each) followed the same path for Fall sports. Soccer until right about 10 years old, then they switched to football because they were just too violent.

Top flight American soccer is way more physical than most realize. That is actually the number one thing people talk about being suprised about when they come out to a proper game...aside from how much they were amazed they enjoyed it.
