Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. What's the hot pre these days? The total wimp nerdery in the 101 thread has forced me to go to the gym tonight and I need to jack myself up on pre before I go else I have wussy lifts. I was buying the two fer Cellucor C4 at Costco. Is that any good versus other stuff? I never really used pre's until Dom told me to and then I was hooked. (Besides, I like caffiene. Caffiene with creatine is a major super cool for me.) What you bros using these days? |
