Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Anyone want to recommend a diet? I was interested in the Ultimate Diet 2.0, but it seems that is recommended for people already below 15% bodyfat. I haven't measured, but I would estimate myself somewhere between 15-20%.

Only do Uktimate Diet if you are under a time constraint. Otherwise, just count calories and reduce them as the weight comes off.

whats the best food to eat after an insanity workout? i did the poly circuit cardio one and shit man.. i was so hungry.. had to work late today.. ended up gettin beer/taco bell/and gelato ice cream.. not a fatty by any means.. but i wanna get cut man and i need something that can satisfy my cravings.. also tryin to bulk up a bit too.. ugh lol
