Since we seem to be the only ones up at this hour, I'll argue with you. Factor's in our favor: - Home field advantage + arrowhead crowd - our D-line is on fire, they'll be all over Kitna - Morris will have another big day leaving Tony G and the running game open in the second half - And this one surprises me as much as you, Elvis is one of the top rated QBs in the NFL Oh yeah, the short passes to Ricky will be in the defensive plan this time. |

otter.....
I'll give you the major homefield advantage as I feel Narrowhead is the toughest place to play in the NFL..... but Seattle holds major advantages with Holmgren and staff... Also I don't think SloMo has the offense down yet... I saw him run only 3 or 4 different routes vs. Denver....Missing trining camp hurt him IMO.... Shawn Springs is too good to let a rook do anything on him on a MNF game.... Ah.. JoeSeahawk... a little help here, hehe. [This message has been edited by hawaiianboy (edited 09-27-2000).] |

Springs is playing very well right now, Slymo will earn anything he gets.
I hope the Chiefs players and coaches are taking us as lightly as you fans are.. |

These sound very similar to the reasons we lost to Denver last week.... wait a minute - we won last week. Hmmm... sounds like Faiders and Seahags united in FEAR to me!
I'll post nothing further on these silly a$$ prediction threads. If I knew the future, I'd be buying winning lotto tickets, not sitting in front of the computer. Happy to let Elvis and company do the talking for me Monday night. ------------------ Frazod Have I ever mentioned that I hate Denver? |

I will explain to the rest of you why JQ's opinion only validates the fact that the Chiefs will win...Go look at his winning % of his weekly picks, he is a smidge above fiddy percent just trying to pick the outright winners ignoring the spread...So which ever way he goes, I am very comfortable going the opposite. Don't hold it against him however, cause I think being a Faider fan really distorts a persons ability to fairly evaluate talent.

Well, according to the FoxSports power rankings, we're supposed to creme the Seahawks... However, there is still the Gun Factor... You never know when he might go off!

Joe Seahawk,
Many of us are NOT taking this game lightly. TSN (for what it's worth) gives the edge to your Hawks. Hope Gun and Co., are not taking them lightly either, and may the better team win.<BR> |

Warrior, I know the players are not taking this game lightly, Gun is probably firing them up and getting them all pissed off and ready to KILL!! The Hawks have their work cut out for them indeed, this is probably our toughest road game this year.
Glock worries me a bit, I heard an interview with Pete Kendall on the radio and after reviewing game film, Pete says Glock is playing better than ever...It will be a tough game no doubt.....Joe |

Leighty....
Come on skippy, you know I play alot of dogs (+points) for $$$... I'm not going to jinx myself by selecting against them to win bragging rights... I do that and I'm eating mac and cheese for dinner.... Got to come correct and admit the NF of L has been kicking my grill in the past 2 weeks. G-man... Yes I am.... as a matter of fact I've grabbed the 4 points on the board already because I think it'll be a close game... I wouldn't be surprised to see the Hawks win outright at all.... there's a reason that Holmgren coached teams have made the playoffs for 7 straight years |
