I have a Meyer Lemon tree too! I love it.

I have a huge jalapeno plant but think about adding a habenero. I don't know what I'd do with them though outside of making salsa.

Are you in Florida?

Excuse to buy smoker? Smoked peppers have many uses

I smoke Habanaros and ghost peppers, dehydrate and grind to powder. It's in my BBQ rubs, sauce, and I use it like pepper(not liberally) on my food. SO not so much.

Great in chili and lightly added to stews. adds a smoky heat that I add to cottage cheese.

Did I mention that I sell what I over produce? Brings in extra whiskey money.
