Nice. It's like my Meyer lemon tree. Puts out 250 softball sized lemons. We squeeze and freeze.
Another kick ass plant is my habaneros. That thing is kicking ass. Bugs hate it. Ha. Need recipes but been sauteing in my scrambled eggs and made jam for the English muffins. |

Excuse to buy smoker? Smoked peppers have many uses
I smoke Habanaros and ghost peppers, dehydrate and grind to powder. It's in my BBQ rubs, sauce, and I use it like pepper(not liberally) on my food. SO not so much. Great in chili and lightly added to stews. adds a smoky heat that I add to cottage cheese. Did I mention that I sell what I over produce? Brings in extra whiskey money.
