I've been arguing for a year that his confrontation with Pendergast was the only reason he was cut, so yeah.

But that's ****ing ridiculous. A franchise with this little talent can't afford to cut players with potential to make a statement.

I don't see Pioli in a hurry to jettison the QB who constantly argued with Haley on the sidelines and was caught yelling "**** you" in response to fans booing him.

It's a bad decision regardless of why it was made.
