Verbal assault, intimidation, public lewdness and about 312 other statutes that the authorities could throw on him. That video is perfect if someone wants to bring charges against the guy. Obscene and vulgar language used in public is not protected under the First Amendment.

Bullshit. The guy stayed in front of his seat the entire time. The woman and senior approached him. If anyone is guilty of intimidation it would be them. 312 other statutes?! WTF are you smoking?

Here's a better video -- the woman's father approached the younger man and gets him in a head lock. That's when the younger man pushed the woman's father off him, forcing him to tumble down the steps. (I'm sorry)

The funniest part of the video -- In the middle of the brawl, the young man's friend gets up and takes a seat five rows back. "Eff that. I ain't getting thrown out. You're on your own."
