There is still a Beaver on the board that would be good value for someone at this point in the draft.

I like this guy a lot. Dominant in small school play. Time to see what he can do with the big boys. A little undersized. Could be great, could be awful. But that's what the 7th round is for.
The Minnesota Vikings select Martin Parker, DT, Richmond |

That's it for the Vikings. Not a flashy draft at all, but it fills some needs and definitely represents a change in direction. The days of Favre and Childress and crybaby biatches are over. I might've found some safety help (they have absolutely nothing behind their starters) but I liked all these players better than the safeties I saw on the board at the time. Also, I probably should have sprung for a RB after the 2nd round. Eh. What can ya do
1. Jake Locker, QB, Washington 2. Jabaal Sheard, DE, Pittsburgh 4. Lance Kendricks, TE, Wisconsin 5. Casey Matthews, LB, Oregon 5. Keith Williams, OG, Nebraska 6. Tori Gurley, WR, South Carolina 7. Martin Parker, DT, Richmond

I think the Rams draft was decent, there still are a few holes that need to be filled. Filling that OLB and DL hole was huge, though, as well as getting a WR.
1. Corey Liuget, DT, Illinois 2. Bruce Carter, LB, North Carolina 3. Edmund Gates, WR, Abilene Christian 4. Andrew Jackson, G, Fresno State 5. Mario Fannin, RB, Auburn 6. Preston Dial, TE, Alabama 7. Jerrard Tarrant, S, Georgia Tech |

The Dolphins weren't sure this guy would last since they didn't have a pick in round 6. They are thrilled to address this need.
The Miami Dolphins select Tim Barnes, C, Missouri.

The Dolphins still need to bolster their secondary, and this is a local kid who was big stuff coming out of high school. He never lived up to the huge hype in college, but still has potential.
The Miami Dolphins select DeMarcus Van Dyke, CB, Miami.
