i liked those. Ro3K was made by KOEI and they had another game called Nobunaga's Ambition. that was my favorite game for a long time.

You REALLY short-changed Koei there man.

Ro3K was the precursor to Dynasty Warriors - Koei's obsession with that period of Chinese history nearly became it's own genre of video games.

I played most of those games. I liked Ambition the best because it's shorter and I was really into samurai at the time.

Dragon Warrior 1 & 3 (two had these monsters that stole all you magic and stopped your advance)
Legend of Zelda 1 (2 was horrible and unwinnable without a game genie)
