Would be awesome if true. But I can't for a minute think that a GM would be held accountable for the outcome of a single game.

Well if Mr. Chunt were basing it off the past 4 years, then there wouldn't need to be a qualifier like "Win at TB or your fired!" You don't look at 4 years of work, and say "Alright, that's been shitty and all, but now your future rests on this one single game." It's just totally illogical.

If he's gone regardless, then giving him a 1 game ultimatum is pointless....

So the front office won't tell reporters yesterday wheter his contract has been extended or not, but come out with a specific detail concerning his job performance and a termination pending a victory? Pisoli twisting the knife he stuck in our backs

The soonest anything would happen to Pioli is after this season is done.
And if they throw anybody under the bus for this year, it'll be Cassel. |

He said it on his show today. Said he was doing a podcast and the guy asked him if he was chasing the Pioli getting an extension story. He then told him that he had heard that if we don't win at TB he was out.
Not that I think it's true........

Yea, Scott Pioli's job is going to rest in the hands of Brady Quinn. The hands of a backup QB.
