I'd start by pulling the dick out of your ear.

Rubbing alcohol. Cotton ball. Squeeze just a little in there, you'll hear it hit the water, shake your head. Ballgame over.

I've never had rubbing alcohol hurt or burn. Except for when I didn't realize I had broken my eardrum. Son of a cock bitch that ****ing hurt like everything unholy.

It may burn if you leave it in there awhile, but you can hear it hit the water, so I'm not sure why you'd need to.
