Don't use them. I have the S3. The screen seems to be pretty scratch-proof.

The Droid Razr HD has Gorilla Glass, I wouldn't bother with a protector.

What you're seeing is pretty much just the way screen protectors work from what I've seen. Higher end ones seem to do it less than crappy ones, but they all do it.
As others have suggested, I think it's better just to be mildly careful and do without. |
