I have no blinders on with Andy Reid.
I think he will bring this Franchise back to respectability. But I do not think he will lead us to a SB. I am hoping after a time of 3-5 years a "Young Gun" asst. will emerge and take us the rest of the way.

Like most have said, he makes some fair enough points... but the pro's still outweigh the con's.
He's a low risk proven winner who has the experience to walk in and immediately get to work without delay, he has a well stocked list of league contacts... he isnt going to be "feeling his way around for a while". He's also going to bring our atrophied passing game into the modern age, a factor worth its weight in gold. He knows what a professional QB is supposed to look like, you can bet we're done bringing in brokedick vets and rookies that never amount to shit. He's going to give a shot at the playoffs year in and year out... and thats the bottom line of why he was such a hotly pursued coach. |
