My brother had one and he said the pain was unbearable.
I've had another extrememe pain: Pancreatitis The pain lasted for HOURS and it felt like someone was cutting your entire abdomen with a dull knife. A cramp so intense it makes you cry. For me on a scale of 1-10 it was around a 15.
