Dysert, Wilson and Scott would be possibilities. Jordan Rodgers is the only one I would touch later than that.

I've said throughout this off season I'd love to see KC take Bray in the 3rd. I know he's a knucklehead and at times cannot hit the broadside of a barn.
But, I've always thought that if he could sit for a couple of years and learn from a great QB-centric coach Bray could be a good, maybe even show flashes of greatness, QB. I also can see Bray flamming out in spectacular fashion as well. He has boom or bust written all over him, no in between.

did anybody watch Landry Jones Gruden QB camp? The things he says just sound like he expects to be good without trying very hard. DO NOT WANT.

I still like Wilson and would of liked to grab him in the 2nd if we didn't draft Geno Smith.
but the Alex Smith trade screwed that up too Will Wilson fall to the 3rd?

We have 3.1 so anything is possible. I think at least four QB's go in front of Wilson.

My guess is Landry Jones. My preference would be Scott, if he's around in the later rounds. I like the idea of Dysert for some reason, but I'm not sure he's really what they're looking for.
I don't particularly want them to use their 2nd (Miami) or 3rd on a QB, unless their favorite guy falls to them in the 2nd (Geno?). I'd rather use those picks on a potential starter-quality player for the defense (or receiver).

Combined with Geno and Barkley, it's looking like Wilson will be around the 6th or 7th QB taken in this draft. He'll beat out a few of the guys I just listed, but many of them (especially guys like Dysert) are going to easily leapfrog him. Glennon, Nassib, and Manuel are pretty much locks to get picked before Wilson. Usually that ranking is right around a 4th round pick. But hey, with the way the middle/back end of this QB class is all in one lump, we might just see a whole cluster of them get drafted in one shabang in the 2nd or 3rd round. Wilson might be in the conversation there. Again, I have no ****ing clue. The draft is a weird thing, and it only takes one team to completely shatter a prediction. We'll see I suppose. |

Hopefully it's Barkley at the top of the 2nd.
We basically would've traded Albert for Barkley at that point. I could at least rationalize that in my head and have some legitimate hope that Barkley can be our QBoTF. |
