Baldwin doesn't look like he's going to sniff 1k yards, so the hypothetical posed in the OP is unlikely.
Bowe holds all the cards at this point. Clearly he's the only WR this team has. Letting Bowe go means we need a #1 WR as well as a QB. Besides, the way this team is playing, they aren't going to need the extra ammunition to move up and draft a QB.

It's okay, I ****ed up too. He's actually just under 200. I was only reading his yardage in losses. Still...1000 seems unlikely. Although if Bowe is traded and he's the only target left...
