In a cast again

So the heel spur surgery from 2012 strikes again. One of the screws to attached my Achilles to my heel came out. AND-my body likes to calcify scar tissue. There was new bone above my heel.

In a cast for four weeks. Then a walking boot.

At least I can drive when the doc gives me permission
Handicap parking for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this done and was sprinting and doing heavy squats exactly 6 weeks post-op. http://www.arthrex.com/resources/ani...endon-transfer

I would definitely go to a new doc.

Thanks. Part of the reason I was curious is because I have a filter in my vena cava due to a massive blood clot which stretched from the top of my right thigh to just below my ribcage and I was told that the filter can stay in me "forever" if I want, or at some point I can have it removed. Should I somehow beat stage IV liver cancer and not have any other cancer, I might just have them take it out. I don't like stuff in me that isn't me.
